Ella Thompson
Piano Student, Age 7
At just seven years old, Ella Thompson has already shown a remarkable talent and enthusiasm for the piano, quickly becoming a standout. Ella’s journey with music began when she first heard her mother playing classical pieces at home, sparking her own interest in the instrument. Despite her young age, Ella brings dedication and joy to each lesson, surprising her teachers with her natural rhythm and her keen ear for melody.
Since starting her piano lessons earlier this year, Ella has mastered several beginner pieces and even composed her own short song, which she proudly performed at the academy’s recent recital. Her favorite piece so far is "Part Of Your World,” which she practices every evening, delighting her family with her progress. Her teacher describes her as a “naturally curious musician,” always eager to learn new notes and rhythms and explore different sounds on the piano.
Outside of her lessons, Ella’s love for music extends to her favorite activities—she can often be found playing “concerts” for her family and teaching her little brother how to press the piano keys. Her dream is to someday play on a big stage like the musicians she’s seen in videos, and she’s already working toward her goal one lesson at a time. We can’t wait to see where Ella’s musical journey takes her!
