HI I’M SPROUT!!!
WELCOME TO DOREMUSIQUE STUDIO'S LITTLE SPROUTS PROGRAM
Little Sprouts is a program for 3–5-year-old children.
Each week we focus on three main concepts, with a rotation of an acute focus on one:
Rhythm
Movement
Sound
Each semester Sprout takes an fun and musical adventure to discover all of the symbols, notes and musical names of music. Using movement, singing and rhythm, children learn fundamental musical concepts established in the curriculum. These concepts provide a foundation for learning music on an instrument as they get older.
To reinforce these main concepts techniques are used such as echoing, craft projects, coloring, dancing, with scarves and stuffed animals, sound and rhythm games with different instruments such as: rhythm sticks, drums, shakers, triangles, bean bags and jingle bells.
Included in your class tuition:
Crafts materials, music sheets, coloring sheets, crayons, folders and in many cases- music recordings of songs being learned in class. These audio files will be shared with you in a google drive.
At the end of the course, our students provide a short presentation to family and friends. There you will see the main pedagogical concepts displayed in musical fun, dance, and song.
